Pay As Needed
For those clients who choose to use
our services sporadically, our regular
hourly rate applies.
Time Block
With this option, clients can purchase
service time blocks. The larger the
time block purchased, the lower the
hourly rate. This option comes with
a maximum emergency response time
of 4 hours for businesses in the Greater
Toronto Area.
Monthly Flat Rate Package
For those clients requiring more predictability
in their monthly IT costs, we offer
a package which covers your day-to-day
IT needs for a flat monthly fee. Clients
are assured of priority service and
have the peace of mind of knowing
that their IT systems are being regularly
monitored, maintained and reviewed
to identify potential problems before
they arise.
