hardware and software with detailed
information about each workstation
and server. We then review your network
structure including the data backup
system, power backup system, hubs/switches,
firewalls, routers, Internet access,
location of equipment, etc. We also
review, in particular, your operating
system configurations, E-mail system,
Anti-virus Software, Anti-Spam Software,
Anti-Spyware Software, any remote
connectivity that may be in place
and overall network security. Once
all of this information is gathered,
a written report is prepared. This
report includes all of the data collected
regarding your network, as well as
our observations and recommendations
for changes or upgrades. These recommendations
are generally prioritized as to their
importance. A quotation to carry out
the suggestions in the report will
also be provided.
