VAR, (Value Added Reseller), BSC tests
every computer system before it leaves
our office. We install the required
software, load the necessary drivers,
patches and updates, plus provide
technical product and software support,
so upon delivery, your system is ready
to go.
BSC Hardware Warranty
We provide a two-year parts and labour
hardware warranty on all new computer
systems designed and assembled by
BSC, with an option to purchase a
third year extended warranty. We will
respond to warranty service requests
by the next business day or sooner
(during normal business hours) from
the time we receive your call.
Manufacturer's warranties apply for
name-brand hardware according to their
terms and conditions at the time of
purchase. BSC will handle any warranty
claims which occur in the first 30
days after purchase. Subsequent to
that period, warranty claims are handled
directly by the manufacturer.
