Volunteering at
Catholic Charities
Catholic Charities offers many opportunities for
volunteering. At Catholic Charities itself, you can volunteer by serving
as a Board Member or as a member of a standing Committee. Catholic Charities'
Board members are asked to serve for a specified term of office during
which time they also participate on one or more Committees. The Board
and Committees usually meet on a monthly basis, after office hours, at
the office of Catholic Charities. These are the main Committees that may
require volunteer participation:

Volunteering at
Member Agencies
Catholic Charities' 28 member agencies offer countless
opportunities for you to help others directly. This includes visiting
or supporting families, children, the elderly, those with special needs,
young mothers, or immigrants and refugees. In addition, volunteers with
clerical and administrative skills are often needed to help with the work
of the organization, and to serve as board members. |
